Pasta Making Class at Hawk Ridge Winery

Get your books…it’s time for school! We are proud to introduce the first installment of our Master Class Series which will be Pasta Making with Chef Nick from Passionately Pasta!

Tickets are $55.00 each and the class includes:

-Each student will receive dough to then learn how to make 4-5 different pasta shapes, all by hand, through guided instruction by Chef Nick

-Each student will be able to take home their dough for a future meal

-Class will conclude with sample portions of some of Chef Nick’s pasta and sauce

-One glass of wine, beer, or slushie of your choice
