Aquila’s Nest Vineyards has partnered with over 100 small businesses in Connecticut to provide our guests a variety of unique experiences. In partnership with the Connecticut Small Business Development Center and A Wakened Events (AWE), this event is designed to connect and empower small business owners.

Event Highlights:

🤝 High-Impact Networking: Engage in several fast-paced, one-on-one sessions. Exchange ideas, pitch your business, and find potential collaborators.

🚀 Elevator Pitches: Deliver a brief, compelling pitch during networking sessions. Raffle winners will also have the opportunity to present during the 20-minute Business Spotlight Interview segment.

💼 Diverse Participants: Connect with professionals from various industries and advisors from the Connecticut Small Business Development Center.

📊 Resource Exchange: Discover valuable resources, services, and expertise to help grow your business.

📱Social Media Best Practices: Neviana Zhgaba, Co-Founder of Aquila’s Nest Vineyards, will share her top tips and tricks on what has worked (and what hasn’t) in growing the vineyard’s audience to over 130,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Newsletter channels.

How to Participate:

1. Prepare: Craft a compelling elevator pitch and gather your business cards or digital contact information.

2. Dress Code: Professional attire is recommended, whether you’re attending in person or virtually.

3. Engage: Participate actively in the speed networking sessions, workshops, and discussions. Be open to new connections and possibilities.

4. Follow-Up: After the event, follow up with the contacts you’ve made to solidify your connections and explore potential collaborations.

🍷 One Glass of Wine or Non Alcoholic Drink is included in the ticket, and can be picked up after our staff checks your ID. Aquila’s Nest has many non-alcoholic options as well. Outside Alcohol Beverages, Water Bottles or Any Other Beverages are NOT allowed to be brought in the premises of the vineyard. This is a restriction of our Farm Winery Permit.

A former Valley Advocate #1 Front Man, Irving has performed with legends including Gloria Gaynor and Morris Day.
