March 3rd from 11 – 2 we will have a live maple tree taping demonstration and a step-by-step discussion of the sugaring process. Leighann, our tasting room manager, her husband Dwayne and Spencer will show everyone each of the steps required to make your own syrup. Afterwards we will have a “maple” inspired brunch with syrup made from our trees. Live music with Guy Tino.
